Transportation & Appointment Accompaniment
Help getting to essential appointments and errands (as authorized).

- Mileage billed per standard rate (as applicable)
Optional Wellness & Comfort Add-Ons (Opt-In)
Available as a non-medical add-on for clients who choose extra comfort and wellness support alongside home care services.

What HHHC Does NOT Provide
- Skilled Nursing or Medical Treatment
- Medication Administration
- Injections or IV Therapy
- Wound Care requiring clinical judgment
- Therapy Services (PT/OT/Speech)
- Any task outside the care plan or unsafe to perform
