Heritage Haven Most FAQ
How quickly can services start?
Services can often begin within 24–72 hours after the initial consultation and care assessment.
Our team works quickly to confirm availability, develop a personalized care plan, and match your loved one with a compatible caregiver.
Urgent care requests may be accommodated sooner depending on staffing availability.
How do you choose caregivers for my loved one?
We carefully match caregivers based on:
• Care needs and required skill level
• Personality compatibility
• Schedule availability
• Experience with specific conditions (mobility support, memory care, etc.)
Our goal is to create a consistent and comfortable relationship between the client and caregiver.
Are caregivers background checked and trained?
Yes. Every Heritage Haven caregiver must complete:
• Criminal background screening
• Reference verification
• Skills assessment
• Orientation and care standards training
We hold our caregivers to exceptionally high standards to ensure safety, professionalism, and compassionate care.
Do you provide medical care or nursing services?
Heritage Haven provides non-medical home care services only.
Our caregivers assist with daily living support such as:
• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Mobility assistance
• Companionship

• Medication reminders
We do not provide skilled nursing, medication administration, injections, or medical treatments.
What areas do you serve?
Heritage Haven serves clients within approximately 100 miles of Little Rock, Arkansas (Pulaski County).

Will we have the same caregiver each visit?
Whenever possible, we prioritize caregiver consistency so clients can build trust and familiarity.
However, backup caregivers may occasionally assist when scheduling adjustments are necessary to ensure uninterrupted care.
