Caregivers on our team are expected to:
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum age of 18
• Valid government-issued ID
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Reliable transportation (if required for position)
• Compassionate attitude toward seniors and adults needing support
• Ability to follow care plans and company policies
Optional if applicable:
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• CNA experience welcomed but not required for all roles



Typical Caregiver Responsibilities
Heritage Haven caregivers may assist clients with:
• Personal care support (ADLs)
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders (non-administration)
• Mobility and walking support
• Routine safety supervision
All services are delivered according to the client’s individualized care plan.
